As a retired Quality Manager, it's not often I get to write a review such as this but the exceptional quality of service provided by Gino at Hunters Alarm Systems truly merits a glowing endorsement.
He responded quickly to a call for assistance with my ancient alarm system and sorted the problem out without any fuss.
It's so refreshing when work is carried out both efficiently and professionally and this leads me on to say that I have no problem in recommending Hunters Alarm Systems for work on any type of alarm system, new or old. I truly can't praise Gino's work ethic highly enough and it goes without saying that I shall use him again as necessary to resolve any future alarm issues. Well done!​

I contacted Gino at Hunters Alarms to repair/renew/upgrade our alarm system. He was very prompt in his response to my requested. He gave a comprehensive summary of the options available and his recommendations also taking into account the serviceability of any continued use of any existing equipment (to save on the cost !!!). Having confirmed an installation date Gino performed an excellent installation, clean tidy and secure, when he installed the new equipment on the existing sites of the old units. This was followed by a detailed 'training course' on the use of the equipment ensuring that both my wife and I were able to operate the equipment effectively for the protection and security of our house. He was impeccably professional throughout the process ensuring that we were fully informed of the details, equipment and its operation also ensuring that he was on hand 24/7 for any queries or callout. In summary I would have no hesitation in recommending Hunters Alarms to friends and family who were considering an installation of alarm equipment !!!​
